Currently we are looking for someone to fill the role of Transport Coordinator for one of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
• Communicating and coordinating with customers and transporters;
• Organizing and tracking national and international transports;
• Performing administrative tasks related to creating and maintaining transport documentation;
• Providing customer service in regards to:
• Any issues that may have occurred during transport;
• Negotating prices and services.

Requirements:
• Advanced or fluent level of English;
• An advanced level of a second foreign language is considered a strong advantage;
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office;
• Some experience in logistics, transport coordination or other relevant experience in customer service;
• An adaptive, organized personality;
• Desire to show initiative;
• Good communication skills.
