You are the best addition for our team if you:
• Are fluent in English, German, French, Spanish or Italian;
• Second fluent language is advantage;
• Have a good knowledge of MS Office, Windows and Internet apps;
• Have excellent communication skills

Just as a strong advantage:
• Knowledge in any other language besides the mentioned above;
• Previous experience in servicing - not necessarily in the Call Center industry;
• Is willing to learn, improve and work efficiently in a team according to performance requirements and standards set by the company.
