Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Consulting, helping and handling customers by phone and e-mail;
- Consulting and supporting the clients;
- Solving different issues when is necessary;

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- Fluency or good level in main language (B2 or C1);
- Good level of English (B1-C1);
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
