Customer Care Consultant with German- level B2

Responsibilities:

• To listen and respond to customers queries via phone, chat or email
• To provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients’ requests about their orders
Requirements:
• B2 level of German and English
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
