Easy Hospitality e.U. is an Austrian company specialized in international HR and consulting services in the hospitality industry. In close cooperation with our Bulgarian partner Easy Consult we recruit staff for 4* and 5* hotels and cruise line operators within the EU and Switzerland.
A client of ours – leading multinational cruise lines operator - is looking for skilled and motivated professional at the position of
Receptionist
Main Responsibilities:
• Supervision of Reception area including Shop
• Operation of phone switchboard, cashless system and safety system
• Handling of all incoming and outgoing mail
• Preparation and ensuring of smooth check-in and check-out
• Center of Information for all guests; transaction of Shop sales
• Execution of all administrative duties according to company standards (daily / monthly)
• Providing general administrative support to the Hotel Manager
• Complaint management
• Handling and preparation
Main Requirements:
• Graduated education in hotel / tourism industry
• Min. 2 years professional experience in same or similar position
• International experience / on a ship
• Excellent English skills (written and verbal), other languages are an advantage
• Good computer knowledge (Office, Protel hotel software), administrative experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, service-oriented and guest focused
• Flexibility and stress resistance, team player, commitment, positive personality
Remuneration Package:
