For one of our clients, an non-Bulgarian trade company (B2B) with office location Sofia, we are currently looking for an experienced

Office Administrator

to manage their head office.

Main responsibilities:

• General office administration
• Communication with mother company headquarters outside Bulgaria
• Support of sales staff (travel plannings, reporting)
• Administrative support in the import and export of goods with all necessary documentation and translation (e.g. specifications, analyses, statements from the producer, safety instructions)
• Administrative coordination and interaction with banks, external accounting company and lawyer

Required Skills:

• Two years working experience on a similar position (office assistant or office administrator)
• High level of English language (spoken, written)
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet)
• Some working experience in international trade would be a plus
