Our client is a prestigious healthcare institution. Human Capital Store is now looking for a bright and responsible individual to join their team as a Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
• Informing clients about the services of the health institution
• Screening patients under certain criteria
• Scheduling doctors and patients appointments
• Handling phone, e-mail and mail correspondence
• Supporting the administrative function of the health institution
• Working with internal information system (ERP)
Requirements:
• Fluency in English - written and verbal;
• Responsive to the patients needs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Balanced personality
• Experience with MS Office /word, excel, Outlook/
• Skilled in handling office equipment
• Great organizational and time management skills
