Customer Service Support


The role:

• Analyze customer problems and provide excellent customer care support;
• Project a professional company image through chat and e-mail interaction;
• React on customers’ requests promptly and in a professional manner;
• Operate fluently with internal software and Internet;
• Maintain high quality services provision.


The profile:

• Very good level of German and English (B2 or higher);
• Highly responsible individual able to meet strict deadlines and work in a very dynamic field;
• Excellent communicational and soft skills;
• High level of computer literacy.
