Responsibilities:
Conducting detailed analysis of customers behavior and effective sales strategies;
Managing and handling of accounts;
Performing proactive sales via phone which are aimed at increasing customer retention and value.
Performing daily market analysis and overview of the financial markets.

The ideal candidate has:
AN EXPERIENCE IN RETENTION AND FOREX/STOCKS/COMMODITIES ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT – A MUST;
FLUENT English language;
Previous experience in marketing and sales - A MUST;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to work in team as well as individually;
Relevant academic degree can be considered as an advantage.
