Due to the growing size of our company we are looking for Sales Agents with English.

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


*Provide excellent levels of customer service to customers via a variety of media channels (e.g. chat, phone, email)

*Enter customer details and other information in an accurate and efficient manner to the relevant systems

*Take ownership of any problems or requests from customers and ensure that they are addressed directly or escalated to the appropriate channel
*Communicating with customers keeping them well informed about products, services & promotions
*To drive customer satisfaction levels to a world class standard
*Increase and drive revenue through outbound sales campaigns

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent spelling and grammatical skills in English
Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills both oral & written
Must be PC literate
No experience needed
Willing to work co-cooperatively with others, to be part of a team to achieve common goals or objectives
Ability to develop relationships
